• Smartlink data: release URLs, cover art, platform links you provide
• Payment data: transaction amounts and buyer emails (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via server logs
• Cookies: session cookies for login, and optional analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and improve the SmartLinkMaker service
• To send transactional emails (e.g. download links after purchase)
• To send newsletters if you have opted in
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

4. Stripe & Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. When you make or receive a payment through SmartLinkMaker, Stripe collects and processes financial data under their own Privacy Policy. TMC Publishing Ltd does not store credit card or banking information.

5. Facebook Pixel

Some smartlink pages may include a Facebook Pixel added by the page owner (artist/label). This pixel is subject to the artist's own use of Facebook data. SmartLinkMaker is not responsible for how individual artists use tracking pixels on their pages.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• SendGrid — for transactional and newsletter emails
• Spotify / Apple Music / Tidal APIs — to fetch release metadata

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing reach@smartlinkmaker.com.
